2. Data we process
The website currently has no user registration, private area or first-party data-capture form. HACHE may process information voluntarily provided when a person emails us, requests a meeting through an external scheduling service, or enters into a professional or pre-contractual relationship.
This will normally include identification and contact details, professional information and any information the person includes in their communication. The site does not request special-category data.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to deal with the request or professional relationship and subsequently for any legally required limitation periods. Communications that do not lead to a relationship may be deleted once they are no longer needed.
5. Recipients and providers
HACHE does not sell personal data. Strictly necessary technology or professional providers may access data subject to the applicable data-protection arrangements. The website is hosted by Netlify. Links to Google Calendar and LinkedIn lead to external services governed by their own privacy policies.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers must rely on a valid GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent when consent is the lawful basis, by writing to jdeltoro@hachehospitality.com and providing sufficient information to identify the request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) ↗.
8. Security and automated decisions
Technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk are applied to protect personal data. HACHE does not use this website to make automated decisions producing legal effects or to profile visitors.
